Accessibility statement

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA, and we treat that as a floor rather than a target.

What is in place

Every text and background color pair on this site has been measured against the WCAG contrast thresholds rather than eyeballed. Headings are nested in order without skipped levels, so the page can be navigated section by section. Every image carries alternative text. The whole site is operable by keyboard, focus is always visible, and the mobile menu can be closed with the Escape key. Wide tables scroll inside their own container so the page itself never scrolls sideways, and they are reachable by keyboard. Animation is suppressed for anyone whose system asks for reduced motion. Form fields have real labels, and errors are described in words rather than signaled only by color.

Known gaps

This statement covers the pages currently published. As new pages are added they are held to the same standard, but any page that has just gone up may not yet have been audited end to end.

Telling us about a problem

If something on this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, we want to hear about it directly rather than have you work around it. Email us and describe what happened and what you were trying to do. We will reply, and we will tell you when it is fixed.
