What we collect

If you submit the facility review form, we receive what you typed into it: your name, email address, facility website, and where provided your phone number, which services you are interested in, and your message.

Alongside that submission we also record how you arrived: the campaign parameters in the link you followed, a Google click identifier if there was one, the page you first landed on, and the referring website. We use this to understand which marketing actually produces inquiries, which is the same thing we do for clients.

What we do with it

We use it to prepare for the conversation and to reply to you. We do not sell it. We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not share it with third parties except where we are legally required to.

Third parties in the page itself

This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address in order to serve those files. No other third-party scripts run on these pages at present. If analytics are added later, this section will say so and name them.

How long we keep it

Form submissions arrive as email and are retained in that inbox. If you would like yours deleted, ask and we will delete it.
